EVENT TASTING MENU
House made white bean hummus with olive tapanade and fresh flat bread.
Stuffed Banana Pepper
Farm-fresh banana pepper stuffed with a cream cheese-ricotta blend, Napa seasoning, and house-ground and seasoned sausage, served over house made red sauce and topped with shredded Parmesan.
Napa Chicken Fritters
Lightly battered chicken breast tossed in house made Parmesan peppercorn sauce and finished with smoked bacon.
Fresh mozzarella, basil, and house made red sauce.
House made garlic oil topped with our Napa cheese blend, goat cheese, fire roasted mushroom, and finished with truffle oil.
Basil pesto with our Napa cheese blend, feta, spinach, roasted red pepper, and house-ground and seasoned spicy chicken sausage.
Apple Bread Pudding
House-made with local New York apples, served hot from our wood-fired oven and drizzled with from-scratch cinnamon caramel sauce.
Dark Chocolate Mousse
House-made with high grade dark chocolate, served chilled with our from-scratch peanut brittle.

Enjoy tasting portions of their specialties- house made dough, sauces, dressings, and desserts. They grind and season their own sausage, and make their own meatballs. Napa’s hand-crafted cocktails are made with precision from only the freshest ingredients – even their cocktail mixers are made from scratch. The wine menu includes a diverse selection from regions including Italy, Argentina, California, Oregon, New Zealand, and right here in New York. The beer selection focuses on small-batch craft beer from all over the United States and the world, hand-picked by executive chef Adrian for their optimum quality and pairing potential.
