A-List Field Trips bring like-minded people together to explore Rochester. Our first few Field Trips include yoga, rock climbing, and indoor golf. The winter Field Trips include Winter Warm-Up Passport perks. You don’t need a passport to attend, but you’ll save money if you have one.

Flower City Yoga League — A-List Field Trip Dates Feb. 4 and Feb. 11, 2026
This isn’t just yoga. It’s a weekly yoga party that blends movement, music, community, and celebration into one unforgettable winter ritual.
Each class features a different instructor (from across Rochester and New York State), plus 5–13 wellness vendors before class — think chair massage, acupuncture, chiropractic care, healers, creatives, and more. The winter yoga league runs February 4–March on Wednesday nights at 6:00 PM at the Culver Road Armory. All levels are welcome. You can sign up for the 8 week winter session or drop-in passes are $25.
Drop in at the Flower City Yoga League on two designated A-List Field Trip nights this winter – Feb. 4 and 11. There will be an A-List table set up before class. Stop by to say hi and purchase a passport that night if you’d like, or grab one in advance here. An optional hang for drinks or food nearby will follow class for anyone who wants to join.
