The Menu

Fresh ingredients and authentic recipes served with a Latin flare. The chef driven menu will bring your palette on an island vacation.  Portions are enormous. Ideal for sharing and sampling several dishes. Bring friends or plan to take home leftovers. A selection of appetizers like the blue crab stuffed avocado, a variety of Island Toasts– their twist on the American pizza with inventive flavors. We tried the Jerky Chicken Island Toast which was a delicious medley of flavors. Soups, salads and entrees are anything but ordinary such as the blackened Mahi Mahi pan seared served on mixed sautéed greens, a pineapple corn cake and topped with blue crab bechemel & served with a sweet potato soufflé.
