There’s the kind of walk you do for exercise and the kind you do for fun. This is the latter, and you’ll be helping a local charity. Stroll through College Town and enjoy a variety of local beers and wines while you also discover your new favorite hangout, store, bar, or restaurant. The Wine and Beer Walk is a self-guided tasting tour with a long list of local breweries and wineries on tap. Advance tickets are available and all proceeds benefit the Ronald McDonald House of Rochester.
Participants: Swiftwater Brewing, RG Brewery & 5 Sons Winery, Fairport Brewing Company, OSB Ciderworks, Young Sommer Winery, CB Craft Brewers, Lost Borough Brewing Company, Naked Dove Brewing Company, Zugibe Vineyards, Southern Tier Brewing.
Tickets are $10 or $18 for two in advance. $15 day of.
