The Crawl will offer a variety of fitness activities at local businesses so you can explore new places, outdoor spaces and fitness options and find the ones that resonate with you. Get ready for some seriously fun health and wellness crawling!
Honor the full moon with an outdoor practice at Manhattan Square Park then join us to watch the sun set and (full) moon rise at the Penthouse at One.
Here’s The 411
Join HelloYogaGirl, Nicole Kazimer at Manhattan Square Park for an unforgettable practice and celebration of the July full moon. The class is one hour and begins at 6:00pm.
Park at the Penthouse (its free on the day of the crawl), and we’ll walk as a group to the park just .4 miles away for an outdoor practice. After class we’ll walk back to the Penthouse for rooftop cocktails and live music by the talented Gabrielle Owen to watch the sun set and moon rise over downtown Rochester. Plus all kinds of fun, raffles, goodie bags and an Athleta pop up shop. The event is $25 and includes your first beverage.
CLASS DESCRIPTION:
By doing yoga outside you can deepen your connection to yourself, to Mother Nature and to other yogis in our wonderful community. The full moon is a time to release what no longer serves us, inviting an expansion of our minds and bodies. Bring your yoga mat, and water. This class is open for all levels.
