Discover some of our city’s Best Places to Keep Your Spirit Alive with the Rochester A-List Fitness Crawl.  The Crawl will offer a variety of fitness activities at local businesses so you can explore new places and fitness options and find the ones that resonate with you.  Get ready for some seriously fun health and wellness crawling!

Join us for Trampoline Fitness Boot Camp at Altitude Trampoline Park (and bring the kiddos for open jump)

This is your chance to try this fun one of a kind workout.  Jeremy will lead the class for a unique workout that burns up to 1,000 calories!  Plus all kinds of fun, raffles, giveaways and perks.

 

Here’s The 411
The class is one hour and begins at 6pm. This Crawl Stop is being offered for $5 plus $2 for Altitude socks. Kids open jump (normally $13.99) is free for kids (under 12) of parents taking class ($2 for socks).  This includes foam pit, slam dunk lanes, rock wall and battle beam. We will have giveaways and raffle prizes (for the grown ups). Class size is limited.

 

CLASS DESCRIPTION:
Trampoline Fitness is low-impact, healthy fun that combines calisthenics, core exercises and strength-building aerobics using the whole park.  It’s non stop jumping fun and one of the most dynamic, effective and active workouts you can get!  Don’t worry, this workout is suitable for all levels. Participants will be encouraged to make maximum effort.  Trampolining is a fun alternative to the gym and can lower your blood pressure & cholesterol, improve your health, and help you lose weight!
