This year, the 6th Annual Go Pink Breast Cancer Ride/Run/Walk presented by Corona Light will raise awareness and funds for the University of Rochester Wilmot Cancer Institute. One in eight US women struggle with breast cancer in their lifetime. Many Rochesterians have a close friend or family member affected by the disease; this is why all contributions will continue to benefit the Rochester community. Featuring 10, 25, and 50 mile family-friendly bike routes, along with a 5K Fun Run and 1 mile nature walk, this event is a great opportunity to contribute to an important cause while having fun with family and friends. There will be options for all levels of athletic ability, plus great prizes, breakfast provided by Palmer foods, and a post event lunch provided by Amiels Original Submarines.
