Outdoor Bootcamp and Juice Tasting on the Erie Canal

Start your Sunday with an outdoor bootcamp class and juice tasting on the Erie Canal during the Pittsford Canal Crawl. Class begins at 10 am followed by a Juice Tasting of cold pressed seasonal juices from Soul Juicin, and Kombucha Tasting with Bootleg Bucha Kombucha. Bootcamp is one hour of sweating fun. Park in the public lot behind the library and Thirstys and walk down to the canal. Andy Nye’s bootcamp uses your body weight and what nature provides to build muscle, strength and engage your core while having fun. Class is open to all levels but keep in mind it is an intense fast paced class. Work at your own pace. We will have raffle prizes and giveaways for each person that participates. Tickets are $12.
