Rochester A-List and friends are hosting a unique happy hour with Geeks Unleashed. Grab a drink and learn something new. Each Geeks Unleashed will be an opportunity to give google a rest and gain access to a local expert to gain insights and advice on topics you’re interested in. Mingle with like-minded people, in a casual and fun atmosphere. Locations will rotate to explore great area beverage destinations.

Join us for deliciously fun Geeks Unleashed at Marge’s Lakeside Inn. Learn how to make fresh, flavorful spring rolls and dipping sauces, and what to buy at an Asian Market. Grab a drink at this beachside bar while gaining insights and knowledge from Chef Kimberly Roth, a Food Network Hell’s Kitchen finalist, as she shares her expertise, passion for food, and tips about selecting quality ingredients and where to buy them. She’ll guide you through shopping, prepping, and rolling this easy to make summer favorite and two of her favorite dipping sauces. This hands-on experience includes two spring rolls per person, made by you.

5:00 – 5:30 pm: Mingle

6:30 – 7: Mingle and Questions
