Not the kind where the cops come because it’s too loud, but the kind that the government might try to ban because it’s too much fun. With seemingly boundless energy, they dish out fiercely solid rhythm section grooves underneath traditionally catchy ska guitar stabs, all while sometimes sweet and sometimes red hot horn harmonies duke it out with front man Rob Reed’s freight train inspired vocals. Even if you are a Club Pass holder, this does not mean guaranteed admission if the venue is already full. There is limited seating and the lines start early. One hour early is not out of the question. Non Clubpass holders, if you want to see a show at the Atrium at Max at Eastman Place, make a dinner reservation or go early to the lounge for drinks.
