The selections on the Chef’s Seasonal Menu are prepared to order using only the freshest, highest quality ingredients and each dish is paired with a select wine.
Each season, the chefs introduce a menu full of seasonal, fresh-picked flavors to love. The spring menu debuted April 2nd introducing 6 new dishes, 2 new cocktails and 1 dessert. Try the Seared Ahi with Wasabi Guacamole in a chili lime ponzu sauce, or the Korean BBQ Chicken Stir-Fry, a sweet and spicy dish topped with refreshing kimchi slaw.
In addition to the Chef’s Seasonal Menu, P.F. Chang’s now offers a selection of sushi including California Rolls and Spicy Tuna Rolls. Choose one to start your meal or order a few and share with your friends.
Round out your meal with one of two new seasonal, hand-crafted cocktails; the Pink Cherry Cosmo and Spicy Paloma.
