R’s Market, 2294 Monroe Avenue, Brighton
R’s Market, a favorite Brighton market for more than 50 years, is set to re-open in April. Entrepreneur Kevin Herrick has purchased the small neighborhood grocery which sells craft beer and growlers, local and regional specialty foods and vegetables, and a full-service meat department. New plans include an expanded offering of prepared foods.

Pittsford Pub, 60 North Main Street, Pittsford
The completely renovated Pittsford Pub and Grille opened under new ownership on March 26th. The restaurant has been a local staple for more than two decades but these updates have brought the Pub into this decade. A hand-crafted, brand new bar was installed as well as a remodeled dining area. They are offering 24+ craft beer options on the new draught lines, cocktails, wine and a full menu.

The Playhouse // Swillburger, 820 South Clinton Avenue, Rochester
The Playhouse // Swillburger, a combination quick serve American burger joint and a full scale bar and classic video game arcade, will be opening in May in the South Wedge. The Playhouse features a full service bar and an old school classic arcade with games from the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s. Swillburger will offer classic, no nonsense burgers with Flour City buns, local beef and vegan patties. All in one location.
