The Balancing Yoga Massage

I like yoga and I LOVE massage. I had always wanted to try a yoga massage, and today was the day. I admit, it does sound a little weird. I am happy to shout out to the world, this massage is everything you might hope for and more! The description cites words like “magical”, “alleviating many kinds of aches and pains” and to “be prepared for increased energy”. It felt amazing! It was kind of weird. But I liked it and highly recommend you try one for yourself.

My massage therapist was Stephanie. She made me feel comfortable and I immediately went into deep relaxation mode. The massage included deep stretching, compression, acupressure, and massage techniques. It felt like all of my stresses were pulled and pushed away from my body. It felt good during the hour, and after, I felt a difference in my muscles in a new way. Deeper, better, and definitely de-stressed. I knew I couldn’t just tell readers about this massage so we had a staff member take a few photos of the massage in action.

Yeah that is her foot. weird yes., but I highly suggest you get over any weirdness and schedule a yoga massage at Relax The Spa. Unusual can be good and in this case it definitely is!

I chose this facial because it promised to leave my skin glowing for weeks and I wanted to try the break-through resurfacing (think dermabrasion involving water) and infusion techniques. I was game. It also promised (and delivered) immediate results.
