Holiday Valley Resort, the Ellicottville Brewing Company and Southern Tier Brewery host the 12th Annual Beer and Wine Festival at the Holiday Valley Lodge in Ellicottville. Guests will be able to sample over 100 hand-crafted beers from over 30 of the best New York State and American craft breweries and wines from New York, Southern Ontario and Ellicottville vintners. Three bands will play on Saturday: Hit-n-Run on the top floor, A Band Named Sue on the middle floor and Michael Nugent in the Wine Cellar on the ground floor.
