What are Exploring Swoops?
Join our fun crew of adventurers and our A-List Adventure team as we explore beautiful Upstate NY and different activities to enjoy it. We are exploring new areas and activities, as well as sampling local cuisine and drinks as we plan future A-List Adventures. These are the outings that happen as we prepare and design future A-List Adventures and fine-tune offerings. Exploring Swoops are un-official A-List excursions and a ton of fun. We’ll be hiking, cycling, paddling, cross country skiing, snow shoeing and more. Together with post- adventuring exploring of local food and drinks.
We decided to create Exploring Swoops so others can join us for the fun. ES’s are typically going to be $15 + any rental and/or post-event food and drinks you purchase. Swoops will be payable in person at the event. If you reserve a spot, please cancel if your plans change, or you’ve prevented someone else from attending. Spots are very limited.

Be sure to like and follow the Rochester A-List Facebook Page because that is where we’ll be announcing the swoops. Often Swoops will be last minute. When we see a nice forecast or dream up a new idea we want to explore, we’ll announce a, Exploring Swoop. What was previously only for our crew, we’re opening up ESs for you to join us for the fun. The most common question we receive is how old are the people that attend A-List events. Our events usually include a wide range of ages, and we find guests enjoy mixing with like-minded people of all ages. People come in groups and solo, and we’re finding attendees are coming from geographic areas near and far. A-List Adventures explore across Upstate NY with plans to introduce adventure weekend getaways, retreats and adventure vacations.
