Explore Rochester and try out different fitness options with us in the A-List Fitness Crawl. On our radar- BOKWA, Yoga, Volleyball, the Trampoline Center, Bootcamp, Cross-Fit. Our motto is we’ll try anything once. Want to join us? We’ll have A-List sessions, giveaways from Athlete and Hart’s Local Grocers, exclusive perks and after class food/drinks.
On the beauty side, our Beauty Insider features will be highlighting and recommending top spas and unique, new, seasonal and exceptional beauty treatment. When you look good on the outside you feel good on the inside, so we’re committed to healthy skin, de-stressed muscles, pretty fingers and toes, and all else spa. Lets face it, spas keep my spirit alive. If you feel the same, lets do it together.
