The highly anticipated local food and beverage show ROConnoisseur launches Thurs. August 17th. Can we say that since A-List is co-producing the show? Well decide for yourself, but we think our local area is long overdue for a video series highlighting Rochester and the Finger Lakes exciting and progressive food and beverage scene. ROConnoisseur is a host driven show which we see as a blend of Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives and Chef’s Table but local so viewers can actually visit the destinations featured in the show. We’re hoping to help answer the question of where to go for food and drink in a new way. We’re celebrating with a local launch party!
You’re invited to a VIP experience to celebrate the launch of ROConnoisseur on Thursday Aug. 17th at Jetty at the Port. Be one of the first to view the show, and mingle with the must visit destinations featured in season 1 while enjoying a tasting experience of signature cocktails, craft beer, Finger Lakes wine, food and dessert delights, with live music by local Rochester ska band 5Head.
The show will share an Inside Look at some of the area’s little known secrets and local favorite eateries, breweries, and wineries. Rochester and the Finger Lakes have an exciting and progressive local food and beverage scene. The hosted show will air weekly episodes on YouTube connecting viewers in a new way to recommended places for local food and drink.
We’ve been keeping the locations featured in season 1 a secret. Find out who they are at the party, but dont share yet. The public wont know until the episodes air. At 7pm, we’ll screen the first three episodes on the big screen (each episode is 5 minutes), and again at 8pm.
