Knucklehead Craft Brewing, 426 Ridge Road, Webster, NY

Knucklehead Craft Brewing, or KCB,  capitalizes on a love for crafting, brewing, and sharing great beer.  With a variety of beers including Amber Ale, Caramel Stout, Scotch Ale, Belgian IPA and more, KCB will be a favorite stop for beer lovers.  Owners  Len Dummer and George Cline have transformed the building at the corner of Ridge and Bay Roads, a former grocery store  for more than 50 years, into Webster’s first microbrewery -keeping the fireplace that once sat behind the sales counter and naming a beer after the store, they have preserved the deeply embedded history while creating a new stop for A-Listers.
